Lawsuit Claims Meta Pirated Porn And Feet Might Be Involved

Meta (that’s Facebook/Instagram) is getting sued by an adult content company called Strike 3 Holdings, and this one hits close to home if you’re into stinky socks, sweaty soles, or scenes that linger. According to a federal complaint filed in July 2025, Meta allegedly torrented 2,396 copyrighted porn videos—many featuring extended, sweaty scenes and rare visual angles—without permission. All in order to train its AI for what it calls “superintelligence.” (WIRED)

🔍 What They’re Saying

  • Strike 3 claims Meta used BitTorrent (yes, the same shady peer-to-peer stuff) not just to download, but also share (“seed”) the videos since around 2018. These videos allegedly include those long, uncut sweaty feet shots, sock stripping, maybe even boots being taken off—stuff mainstream media usually edits out.
  • The lawsuit says Meta picked these scenes because they give rare detail: feet, shoes, socks, soles, angles that normal TV or movies don’t usually show. That gives AI a more “real” reference library for modeling bodies and motion, including sweaty feet motions.
  • Strike 3 is demanding $350 million+ in damages. (The Tech Buzz)
  • Meta denies everything and says it’s reviewing the case.

Why Foot Lovers Should Care

  • If the allegations are true, Meta may have built parts of its AI training library with content that fetish creators produce. That could mean models (image/video/text) that mimic foot fetish scenes more accurately—things most people don’t see, like heavy sock sweat, close-ups of arches, inside of shoe shots, lingering sole shots.
  • But there’s a downside: if that content was unlicensed or pirated, creators might not get credit or compensation—even as their content gets used to train AI that could mimic or generate similar scenes without them.
  • Also, there’s concern about ethical issues: minors (or under-age performers) allegedly could gain access (via BitTorrent) without age verification in some of these files. That’s a major red flag.

⚖️ What’s At Stake Legally & For Ethics

QuestionWhy It Matters
Copyright / Fair UseIf Meta used copyrighted content without permission, that’s infringement. Meta might claim “fair use,” but it’s murky with porn content and visual angles that are fairly unique.
Marketplace ImpactIf AI models can reproduce fetish content with realism, they might undercut creators who produce those scenes—especially creators who rely on exclusive or paid content.
Reputation & TrustUsing pirated porn footage, especially scenes with intense detail, could lead to backlash from creators and users who value authenticity and consent.
Legal PrecedentsThis case could become a major legal example for how AI companies are allowed (or not allowed) to use explicit or fetish content in training data. If Strike 3 wins, many more suits might follow.

Bottom Line

  • If you love REAL men’s foot fetish content (especially stinky feet, socks, soles), this lawsuit could define what the future holds for AI porn or fetish content.
  • For everyone else, it’s a reminder to be cautious about what AI-powered platforms you trust, and to support.
